Frequently asked questions

How long does it take for me to recieve my account?

Accounts will be sent after payment has been verified, this could take anywhere between 5 minutes to a day.

Where do i get the account credentials?

Account credentials will be sent to the email you provide when purchasing the account.

I got the account but it has no premier rating

The account has been inactive for a while. Win one round to get the rating back. WARNING: We are NOT responsible if you lose rating because of losses. For example, If you lose 4 times before getting a win and recieving your rating.

Can i purchase stuff on the account?

You can safely spend money on the account, but you MUST change store location to your own location and wait atleast 2 weeks before spending money, or else Steam will detect it as malicious and ban/lock the account. We are NOT responsible if this happens

How do i know you won't use a recovery code to take the account back?

You can google this yourself. To change the recovery code, you must connect a mobile device to the account with steam guard, this will change the recovery code.
